Login using your credentials and click on "My Appointments"-"Upcoming Appointments" menu to get your newly booked Online appointments.

At present we are not providing this option online. Instead, you can send a mail to info@proemtech.com from your registered email id.

Once you book an appointment, you have provision to either visit doctor in person or connect Virtually using the Video Consultation option.

You will get notificaiton over e-mail, sms (these are based on your preference) once the doctor starts his consultation. Once after login, go to My Appointments - Upcomming Appointments. You can see Consultation Status and Virtual Check-In option. Click on Enter Virtual Lounge and follow the instructions

No. We don't have any provision to record your conversation. Even you and your consultant too don't have option to do recording using our system. Video consutlation is provided by our own server meet.mirepo.in. This is based on customized open source Video Bridge named Jitsi. We have customized Jitsi to provide a secure Video Bridge.
